What You Do
You will manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management
You will source relevant talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
You will manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
You will create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
You will maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
What We Need
We expect that you must have at least 3 years of sourcing and recruitment experience in a fast paced industry. Agency and in-house recruitment experience will be considered.
Note:
This role is currently remote but has the potential to become a hybrid position in the future.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
