Cisive is seeking a People & Culture Associate to join our growing organization. This role is integral to ongoing operations of the People & Culture team and our goal to provide exceptional service to our client groups within the Cisive organization.

The ideal candidate has an interest in human resources and is looking for an administrative position to learn the ins and outs within a corporate team.   • Candidates must live within a commutable distance to our Holtsville, NY office. The position supports a hybrid work model with remote and in-office requirements as needed.

Essential job Duties

    Assist People & Culture Business Partners with human resources related initiatives
  • Process new hire, termination, benefits and full-cycle paperwork
  • Coordinate full-cycle onboarding and off boarding processes including internal and external communications and ticket management
  • Work closely with payroll and IT to expedite sensitive matters
  • Update and maintain various portal systems including ADP Workforce Now, benefit, and onboarding systems
  • Assist with benefit enrollment, processing and employee inquiries
  • Manage and update systems including ADP and emergency response systems
  • Manage employee files and documents and policy updates in ADP
  • Systems report generation

Education & Qualification Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of one-year experience in a human resources support role within a corporate human resources environment
  • Prior experience utilizing ADP Workforce Now required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with a concentration in Excel
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Prior experience with an HRIS a plus
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
  • Accustomed to meeting strict deadlines
  • Process oriented with excellent organization skills
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Stellar interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels throughout the organization and develop productive relationships
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information

This is a non-exempt position and annual compensation is $55,000 to $55,000
