For our Berlin location, 1950 employees handle communication via phone, chat or mail processing with our client's customers in over 12 languages.

- Thanks to your analytical approach, you recognize the marketing potential of customers and can make them an appropriate offer
- You advise customers on possible content and performance optimizations and provide them with assistance in improving the use of their budget
- You accompany your customers during the implementation of measures
- You carefully track the successes of the customers through constant monitoring
Your skills:
- You have completed an apprenticeship, worked in an agency or already as a customer consultant (m/f/d) in sales?
- Previous experience in dealing with social media advertising, digital marketing and various online platforms is welcome.
- Motivation, goal orientation and a high level of commitment characterize your daily work.
- Thanks to your high customer orientation and sales skills, customers are always perfectly advised.
- Excellent German language skills are required for this job. To follow the English-language training, you need a good command of English.
