The Security Analyst DLP is responsible for operating AXA XLs data loss prevention practice including Microsoft DLP and MIP products. The candidate will need to understand the technology behind these products to help guide decisions and prioritisations.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Respond to DLP alerts, investigate, and escalate if required
- Follow up non-responsive policy owners to facilitate closing all alerts
- Create and modify approved DLP rules and policies
- Create and modify Microsoft MIP labels
- Manage Azure Information Protection and operate AIP Scanners
- Identify and implement tuning opportunities
- Contribute to the data security vision and strategy at AXA XL
- Contribute to the technology roadmap for data security
- Contribute to delivery of data security projects
- Maintain and create DLP/MIP processes and operating model documents
- Manage and create ad hoc and scheduled reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and issues
- Mentor SOC analysts in DLP concepts and processes

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Experience working in an data security role
- Experience with Microsoft Compliance console MIP and DLP modules
- Preferred experience with Azure Information Protection AIP scanners
- Hands on experience with DLP
- Cybersecurity certifications/qualifications
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to comprehend business terms.
