Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general bookkeeping, and handling daily accounting functions such as AR / AP, bank reconciliation of bank accounts
- Handles invoicing accurately and issue to clients in a timely manner
- Processing of payable invoices and tracking

You shall be responsible for preparing the full sets accounts. Shall be in-charged for preparing and reviewing the quarterly GST report & GST returns for submission. Specific to account receivable, account payable, tax filing, data compilation, biling, payroll or other accounting tasks.
- Preparation of tax invoices and follow up closely on payments
- Preparation of Statement of Accounts to customers
- Preparation of quarterly GST for submission
- Preparation of salaries, Staff Claims and CPF for submission
- Preparation of IR8A form and AIS submission
- Update/Control of Cash Flow and do monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Responsible for company insurance matters, motor vehicle, workmen comp etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling full sets of accounts.
- Proactive. Meticulous. Initiative.
- Possess good communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge & usage of accounting systems preferred
- Should be familiar with the current GST requirement
