The Measurement and Reporting Team is looking for our new Student Assistant to support on various global reporting and dashboard projects. If your educational background rhymes on data visualization and dashboard development you might be just the one we are looking for.
The Measurement and Reporting Team is a part of the wider Global Paid Media Team and has an integral role of showcasing paid media’s contribution to the business through insightful dashboards. In order to succeed in this, we need a student assistant that can help our dashboards shine even brighter in the future.
The job in a nutshell

Your primary responsibility will be the supporting on dashboard development and take part in our bi-weekly team sprints where workstreams and tasks are being prioritized. It’s important that you know your way around big data sets and has good understanding of data pipelines and relationship tables. You will help validate data and extract insights through user friendly visualization. Our dashboards are developed in PowerBI so it’s an advantage if you have experience within this area, but not mandatory. Finally, you will also be supporting the team in various reporting related ad hoc tasks.
Areas of responsibility
- Dashboard development, supporting our Reporting specialist
- Data visualization to help extract key insights from big data sets
- Data validation to make sure that our reporting is accurate
- Participating in bi-weekly sprints related to dashboard and reporting tasks
- Ad hoc reporting tasks
What is needed to succeed
- Experience with data visualization
- Experience in working with big data sets, data pipelines and relationship tables
- Technical understanding of PowerBI and cloud data platforms (GCP, BigQuery) is an advantage
- Experience with digital media buying tools such as DV360, SA360, Meta Business Manager is an advantage
- Experience with the concept of bi-weekly sprints is an advantage
- Nice to have: knowledge of SQL and ETL process and experience with DAX and PowerQuery
- Relevant educational background, preferably with a couple of years left before graduation
