Job Description
Act as a strategic and operative partner for managers and associates.- Facilitates the site strategy in area of responsibility by implementing appropriate HR measures.
- Ensures the implementation of HR standards, policies and processes in his area of responsibility.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Annual hiring strategy and planning of responsible area according to released HC and capacity requirement forecast, include indirect staff and direct worker.
- Regular tracking and reporting of HC fulfillment.
- Plan, organize, and implementation of Bosch HR processes (i.e. performance management, talent management, associate development, leadership development etc.) in responsible area.
- Provide consultant service for questions from manager or associates on policy and processes, associate development and so on.
- Investigation on local labor market, resource organizations (e.g. school-enterprise cooperation, blue-collar recruitment channels…) and proposal for suitable solution.
- Promote company culture and support to enhance employees’ sense of belonging with the company.
- Employee relationship management. 任职要求: -Ability to execute and manage multiple tasks and projects at once, prioritize accordingly, remain organized, and maintain strong attention to detail -Critical thinking and problem solving skills to identify underlying principles and objectives behind current processes and policies and continuously improve them -Ability to accurately and thoroughly document, record, and maintain information and data integrity – the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information -Aptitude to establish and sustain effective interpersonal relationship and partnership with employees and management through adaptive communication skills -Knowledge of Labor Contract Law and relevant Legal regulation & stipulation -Ability to work independently under fast paced, complex environment -Good interpersonal and communication skill to interact with different level of leaders and associates; -Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset, with strong ownership -English will be working language. -Good data analytics skills; better to have payroll or C&B related experience

Qualifications Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- 3+ years’ experience in HR function
- Good command of English
- Familiar with Chinese labor laws
Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
- Familiar with Chongqing's local personnel policies and labor service company
- Experience in blue-collar recruitment and management, C&B (compensation and benefit) is preferred
