This well-known NZ company specialises in the import and distribution of their products and they offer an incredibly versatile range to cater to all customer needs! Hours, Location and Duration:
- 40 hours per week
- Mondays to Fridays only
- Must be able to work between the hours of 7.30am & 5pm
- Shifts rotate weekly between these hours
- Full-time permanent role
- Based Avondale, West Auckland
- Fully work from office (No WFH option available)
- Mostly taking inbound calls
- Order processing & tracking
- Dealing with customer queries via phone or email/online
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Re-ordering
- Making outbound calls as well
- Reminding customers of specials, promotions
- Promoting new products
- Liaising with the warehouse
- Liaising with the Wellington & Christchurch branches
- You must have previous Contact Centre experience
- Unfortunately we won't be able to consider your application without Contact Centre experience
- You'll be a true team player who likes to work hard & have fun doing it
- You'll have amazing written and verbal communication skills
- You'll be looking for your next Contact Centre adventure
- You'll need to have a great sense of humour & resilience is key!
- Applicants must hold either NZ Citizenship or NZ residency.
